You need to order a Home Information Pack (HIP) before you can start to market your property. Once, ordered, we provide proof of commissioning to you and / or your Estate Agent. The Energy Performance Certificate will be available within hours of the survey and the completed HIP will normally be in your possession within 5 working days.
